Hospital in a wasteland.

I had a dream where I found myself inside a hospital. But the hospital lied in the middle of a desolate wasteland, and fr some reason I was trying to hide from something, but I didn't know what. No one else besides the workers were in there, athough, they just sorta walked around lifelessly, some pushing empty beds. I don't think I was dead, more like they were some spell I casted in order to hide myself. But in the end I never found out what... Because I woke up.
