Big Baby

I dreamt that I gave birth to a baby girl. In the dream I didn't know I was pregnant, I just had a pain and then went into labour.

When the baby was born, she was already about a year old, had a fat head and could crawl, walk and talk. No one else in my dream thought it was weird, they all just thought that she was so clever for learning so fast!

The dream felt so real that when I woke up I had to check that it wasn't in fact real! It was very creepy!

Any ideas as to what this means?
